Fish River Rural Health is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) and a National Health Service Corp (NHSC) approved site. NHSC-approved sites are healthcare facilities that provide outpatient, ambulatory, and primary health services in Health Professional Shortage Areas (HPSAs), which are communities with limited access to care. The NHSC is a Federal government program that offers financial and other support to Corps Members.

DENTAL ASSISTANT / Fort Kent

PHARMACY TECHNICIAN / Fort Kent

Fish River Rural Health is accepting applications for a part-time Pharmacy Technician to join our growing team in the St. John Valley. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work within a fully integrated, clinic-based pharmacy setting that fosters patient-centered, coordinated care across all disciplines. Responsibilities include: assisting pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications, managing inventory and maintaining accurate records, providing excellent customer service to patients and healthcare teams, and supporting medication safety and access through our integrated care model. Qualifications: prior experience preferred; willing to train motivated individuals, strong communication, math, and computer skills required, attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and commitment to quality care and teamwork.
HUMAN RESOURCE (HR) MANAGER / All locations
Salary Range $65,000 – $80,000
The Human Resource Manager leads and manages all aspects of Fish River Rural Health’s HR functions. This includes employee recruitment posting, onboarding personnel, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, payroll, time and attendance, and compliance. Position reports directly to Director of Finance and Human Resources. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Management and have at least 2 years’ experience in HR and benefits administration.
